one of my friends says all of thease are not true. she went under a ladder and she broke a mirror and she is okay. but i had a ladder fall on me so i stay away from them. a black cat crossed my path and it gave me good luck because that same day i found $20! so i dont think thease are true. but that is just me!

There is such a thing as good luck. My parents had always said no to getting a dog. But one day my dad took me to the pet store and bought me the cutest little puppy ever! His name is Bailey. That day was lucky! I do belive in luck!
Those are more like superstitions, than luck. I don’t believe in a lot of superstitions…like the Black Cat superstition…I absolutely ADORE black cats and I consider it great luck if one crosses my path!

Walking under a ladder : People used to think a long time ago that triangles were ominous, so they stayed away from them. A ladder forms a triangle with the ground. Hence the superstition
13: 13 was a odd number, not a nice rounded number so it was said to break the regularity in the universe and bring down perfection.

I got 4 of the questions right, but I didn’t get ” the last one “. LOL! Guess I’m not ” quite as good ” with superstition questions like those other guys out there! I walked under a ladder, but the ” bad luck ” doesn’t seem to be coming ” quite yet “. It’s really just that ” I don’t believe” that superstition stuff, I guess.
