This is my latest addition to the treat bags I’m making my class. They are going to LOVE these!
What you need: pencils, ribbon, cardstock, one-hole punch, thin ribbon, beads
What you do:
- For each pencil, cut a piece of ribbon about six inches long.
- Tie the ribbon around the top of the pencil (right below the eraser part). Make sure it’s secure (tie a knot).
- On one end of the ribbon, string a few beads. Tie a knot to keep them in place.
- Cut out hearts from the cardstock (one per pencil). On each heart, write “You’re all write, Valentine!” Punch one hole in each heart.
- On the other end of the ribbon, thread on the cardstock heart. Add beads to the bottom of the ribbon and tie a knot to keep it all in place.
