Fish is really good for you and this recipe is so easy and tasty you’ll want to make it again and again!
What you need:
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound salmon
- An adult assistant to help you with this recipe
What you do:
- Combine maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic and a dash of salt and pepper in a shallow baking dish.
- Add salmon to dish and turn to coat.
- Refrigerate salmon in marinade for 40 minutes, turning once.
- Have your adult assistant preheat oven to 400°.
- Have your assistant put the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
This would go nicely with rice and a salad.
