Simple Pink Salmon

Fish is really good for you and this recipe is so easy and tasty you’ll want to make it again and again!

What you need:

-          1/3 cup maple syrup

-          ¼ cup soy sauce

-          1 clove garlic, minced

-          salt and pepper to taste

-          1 pound salmon

-          An adult assistant to help you with this recipe

What you do:

  1. Combine maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic and a dash of salt and pepper in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Add salmon to dish and turn to coat.
  3. Refrigerate salmon in marinade for 40 minutes, turning once.
  4. Have your adult assistant preheat oven to 400°.
  5. Have your assistant put the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

 

This would go nicely with rice and a salad.
