Summertime Recipe: Fruit Salad

 

 

 

 

Fruit salad makes a healthy and refreshing summer dessert.

What you need:

-          3 peaches, sliced

-          3 bananas, peeled and sliced

-          1 pint strawberries, washed and halved

-          1 cup blueberries, washed

-          2 tablespoons pineapple juice

What you do:

Toss all the fruit together in a big bowl with the pineapple juice.

You can adapt this salad to your own tastes by substituting any of the ingredients with fruits of your choosing.
