Tasty Summer Milkshake

 

(Makes 2)

What you need:

2 scoops chocolate ice cream

½ cup milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

 

What you do:

  1. Put everything into a blender and blend the ingredients together (you can ask your adult assistant for help with this, if you like).
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

    you can make a healthy milkshake by breaking a banana into 4 pieces or more into a blender add ice and milk. Start with 1/2 cup or each of the ice and milk and add more as you like it. You can also cut a banana up and freeze it first it will naturally turn light brown but it still good to use. you can add any chocolate that goes with cold milk and blend it until smooth. I like to add breakfast drink mix or something with vitamins.
