Sparky here with some exciting, amazing, outstanding, fabulous, AWESOME news – school is out for summer! I can’t believe how HAPPY that makes me! I mean, I know that I’m going to be working at the Curio Shop for most of the summer…and I know my friends won’t all be in town…but know what? That’s OK! Because I won’t be at school! I can sleep in (a little bit) and watch TV (an hour a day at least!) and I won’t have any assignments or homework or anything like that!

I love summer because I get to paint my nails(my school doesn’t allow it), go camping, sign up for the Summer reading program at the library, have sleepovers with my friends, and of course, looking forward to my birthday!!
My school is sooo demanding so I dont really have a life outside of school. But in the summer, I can do WHATEVER! And you only get an hour of TV a day? Thats sad. D: I am enjoying EVERY moment of SUMMER!!!!! :D
Summer is great!! I really enjoy having the time to sit in a shady spot and read a book, just for the fun of it. I also like to hit the museums in our “big city”. I hope everyone has a wonderful summer. Enjoy it as much as you can.
Sleeping in, having sleepovers, (like I did yesterday) and swimming!
My favorite things? Where should I begin… well, for one, no school. Another, summer camp. Swimming, tennis lessons, no time limits for video games… I love summer! Except for the fact that there hasn’t been much rain lately. Only a short thunderstorm last night.

I think being away from school has to be my one of my favourite things about summer holidays. You get so much work in the higher grades! But what I love more is the oppertunity to do what you please… no school work, no going to bed as early, no getting up early, and best of all: going camping! I love camping!! :)
Hmm….. My favorite thing about summer? I like not having to do schoolwork (I’m actually home schooled, so I’m lucky) and I like when it’s the 4th of July, because my mom’s side of the family always has a huge picnic (I have a pretty big family), plus it’s my gram’s b-day. I also like swimming in our pool and playing lots of sports in our yard, having friends over, and getting together with cousins. Plus I like eating ice cream! :lol: ;) I hope every1 has a super summer! -Stargazer
Summer is so amazing; I don’t have only one favorite thing! I really love that I don’t have school because homework is NOT fun and I have a lot of it. I like hanging out with my friends in the summer and going to my cabins. I’m at one of them right now. Camping and going to camp are both really cool things. Summer rules, and I love summer. Summer is my favorite season ever. There’s lots of reasons why I love summer. The reasons – There’s no school, always hang out with friends, actually have freedom and no homework, and….do what you mostly love to do. But usually, if there’s something you really LOVE to do, you should do it pretty much everyday, because it’s something you enjoy a lot, right? ;) And Sparky, hope your summer goes great. My summer has been going pretty good, and yes, I’ve been super busy. I’m not busy everyday though. Everybody, I hope the summer turns out AWESOME for you. :mrgreen: ~Chicago Made☠
