Wow! I don’t know who gave Ms. Stripes the brain transplant, but whoever it was, I owe them BIG TIME! Ms. Stripes has actually been really nice the past couple of days. When something happens in class she doesn’t immediately freak out and try to track down the culprit so she can punish them. Now she just says “Okay, settle down.” And we do! ‘Cause sometimes kids just get a bit silly and we just need to be reminded how to act, not sentenced to hard time.
A lot of students were having a hard time understanding our fractions assignment the other day and Ms. Stripes did the craziest thing ever – the next day, she brought in a pan of brownies she had baked, and we divided it up into half and then quarters and then eighths’ and then we used the brownies to try adding quarters and eighths! And then we got to eat them! Okay, first of all – that was AWESOME, and second, we totally understood the whole fraction thing by the end of the lesson!
I don’t know if this is going to keep up or if her body has just been taken over by aliens temporarily but I am going to enjoy it while it lasts.
i think its nice that ms.stripes changed and is a lot nicer now cause before she was kinda strict and a little mean to everyone now p.s i still love the legend of zelda i really also like sonic the hedgehog
well thats nice. i really don’t know why she was so um….. how do i spell it? anyway i think hailey and elwin changed her. they remodled her entire house and she was very happy with it so maybe thats why……
hi! thats totally completely crazy, but in a good way! now, everyone will love her, and now, she too can feel compassion to her students without feeling bad or anything. and now, everyone is happy! if aliens did invade her body instead of hailey touching her heart, then i’d feel bad for her students cause when the aliens let go of her, she’ll be all nasty again, and whats worse is that noone would have suspected that that will happen. well, if they do, then the bad element of surprise is gone, and they can just get used to the old ms. stripes again. but i’m glad she changed. –>random<–
LOL don’t worry Sparky, this brand new Ms. Stripes isn’t going anywhere anytime soon! She’ll probably be like this for the rest of the year, or at least until the holidays. ;-) ♥Gabriella♥
