What you need:
Black felt, pointy paper cup, black construction paper, brown paper bag, black paint, black button, black thread, needle, scissors, black ribbon
What you do:
1. Paint the paper bag black. This is going to be your witch’s dress.
2. When the bag is dry, cut a hole for your pet’s head out of the bottom of the bag. Cut two arm holes on the sides. Glue the black buttons in a line down the front of the bag.
3. Put the bag onto your pet and cinch the waist with the black ribbon.
4. Paint the pointy paper cup black. This is your witch’s hat. Cut a circle from the black construction paper and use it as the rim of the hat.
5. Cut your black felt piece in half. Glue a piece of ribbon to the top of it. When the glue is dry, tie it around your pet’s neck (this is your witch’s cape).
6. Your pet is ready for a spook-tacular Halloween!
