Elwin: Since Plumpy is going to be getting married, her best friend Wiggles is moving into a place of his own – his very own bachelor apartment! He asked us to make him a room that’s not only open and airy, but also chic and cool. Hailey and I put our heads together and this is what we came up with.
Hailey: I actually love this room! From the bare brick walls to the stainless steel appliances, it’s incredibly cool.
Elwin: I agree. My favorite pieces have to be the card dividers. Wiggles is an ace poker player, so he quite liked them.
Hailey: That TV is something else…I hope Wiggles invites us over for a movie night.
Elwin: And the jukebox? And hand-carved statue? How awesome are those?
Hailey: Very awesome. Just goes to show: you don’t need to use a theme to make a room look put together!
Elwin: So true. Having a lot of Rare items doesn’t hurt, though, does it?
Hailey: Definitely not.

What’s happening??? You guys are really losing your sense of style. I know a bachelor pad is usually filled with hand me downs from friends and family but…. Although I love the kitchen, I don’t picture this in a bachelor pad. I also would have guessed he would have preferred a very modern kitchen table and chairs. The big TV is a no brainer and I am not surprised that you included a jutebox. I even think the card divider is kind of cute. Maybe adding an armoire to further divide off the bedroom would help. Add some chairs for friends who visit. I don’t know. I usually like your designs but this room just misses for me.
I do not like the apartment . First of all , the card dividers make the room look cramped. Second , It’s too mix matched.
I think it makes a good bachelor pad but I do wonder where is he suppose to put his clothes? They needed to put even a box at the end of the bed for his clothes if not a dresser.
Aww, I sure hope Wiggles gets along okay on his own.;(

I can’t believe that Plumpy is actually getting married! I so happy for her she seems like she just can’t wait to get married next month! I am so happy for you Plumpy, you too sir Charles!

Wiggles will love this apartment! I want that juke box. Go, H&E! I love that you are so versatile in your design sense. So many designers’ stuff all looks the same. You guys rock! I cover doors with furnishings too whenever possible, don’t like the look of the doors, they are distracting from the designs of every room in my Webkinz house!!! I wish Ganz would make them disappear. Treetop rooms & gardens have entrances without doors & they work fine & look much better.
Um guys there is no bathroom. And in the bedroom area, i would have liked to see a dresser and a lamb and the bed againist the wall. But overall its a pretty cool space. And i had no idea that Plumpy and Elwin are getting married. That’s why Plumpy was looking for a weeding dress. LOL
