What snowflakes??? I have waited and waited and nothing. Sometimes for over 30 minutes I have just waited. I am very, very disappointed in this year’s Winterfest.
Well, same problem. Had to come back tonight because earlier (am) it said expired. Also having problems finding the snowflake.

Yes mikecow, I’ve gotten the same message. If you’re on in the AM try the PM. I’ve found that if I get the message then I try later in the day. Also to Ganz………it is very difficult to find either item and when I do, I do NOT get the prize. This is a waste of time for me. Is it possible to fix this please?
These prizes that you get are past winterfest prizes. You should keep them there rare to find.
