You Tell Us: The MOST Important Rule of Friendship!

Hey friends! It’s me, Ella! Let me know what your number one friendship rule is – what’s the MOST important thing to keep in mind if you want to be a good friend? My number one friendship rule is “Put yourself in your friend’s shoes.” Basically, always think of how your friend is feeling. I learned that lesson when PJ and I had our big fight!

To me, the most important thing is to have a real connection. Some people have fake friends, they don’t actually have a connection with their “freinds”.

Trust, trust, trust. I can’t say it enough. I need to be able to trust my friends with something. That is huge for me. I have had many my friends break my trust the past few, and that hurt me really bad. Don’t get me wrong, I love my friends , but they wonder why I don’t tell them stuff, and it’s because they broke my trust, so I hardly tell them anything anymore.

I’m going to agree with Ella on this one. One of the most important things to be a good friend: Put yourself in your friend’s shoes.

Hey there guys.Today’s been a pretty rough one on me and my other call names, like Boston ROCKs and this article is really making me hopeful and sad at the same time. I think the real thing about friendship is having someone to talk to when you’re exited or feeling down. (Like I am! ) Or just having someone there for you and to stand up for you. (According to the article earlier this month, I’m a Pillar of Support Friend) Also, friends should keep in touch. And that’s why I’m so hopeful and sad. My BFF is moving to a diffrent state. I have 4 other BFFs that had to do that! Now, next school year, I will have to walk in alone! My other two call names, (one you may know) Anonoymus and Northwestern say hi. And if anyone has ever had this happen, I know how you feel.

The #1 rule of friendship is choose your friends wisely because if you pick a friend that you don’t like it may be hard to break the friendship.
