What you need:

  • One – 12” disposable decorating bag
  • ½ cup cocoa mix
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup candy covered chocolate
  • Two – 12” long curling ribbon
  • Card or tag (optional)
  • Canady can (optional)
  • Hole punch
  • Scissors

What you do:

1.     Pour cocoa mix into decorating bag.

2.     Pour marshmallows on top of cocoa.

3.     Pour candy covered chocolate on top of marshmallows. (you can use chocolate chips or crushed candy canes instead of candy covered chocolate)

Do you have a great idea for a craft, recipe or party game? We’d love to hear them!

My big sister and I did this one year, but we made our own cocoa mix. We got all the ingredients and mixed it in a HUGE mixing bowl. Then we put it into plastic bags and then the bags went into pretty Christmas tins. We taped the instructions (how much water or milk to use with how much mix) on the botton of the time. It was a blast!

Awesome! I can make these and give them to my friends for Christmas. What a great idea. Look, it’s a tree frog! I hope Northwestern gets one for Christmas. I saw a bunch of Webkinz Tree Frogs at AC Moore this weekend for $5.00 and my mom bought one for my brother to put in his stocking!
