What you need:
- 1 large saucepan
- 1 large bowl
- 3 bags mixed seafood
- 1 bag shrimp
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 sliced garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
What you do:
- With adults help, place 3 bags of mixed seafood and shrimp in a large saucepan bring to boil. Reduce heat and let seafood simmer for 15 minutes.
- Drain seafood and place in large bowl.
- While still warm, toss in olive oil, lemon juice, sliced garlic and parsley. Toss, taste then add as much salt and pepper as you like.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
