What you need:
- Lemon Cake mix
- Mini cupcake pan
- Mini cupcake liners
- Vanilla Frosting
- Piping bag with tip
What you do:
1. Have your adult assistant preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Line mini cupcake pan with mini cupcake liners and bake until golden brown.
3. Let the cupcakes cool completely before you start icing them.
4. Fill the piping bag with your favorite pre-made vanilla frosting.
5. Pipe frosting onto each cupcake in a spiral pattern. Start in the middle and end along the outer edge.
