Holiday Recipe: Peanut Butter Cookies

Polly back with Hailey and Elwin’s favorite Peanut Butter Cookie recipe! I think this is the easiest recipe so far. This Secret Santakinz exchange is going to be awesome!

What you need:

- 1 cup peanut butter

-  ½ cup sugar

- 1 egg

- an adult assistant

 

What you do:

Preheat oven to 325°. Mix all ingredients together. Form into 24 balls and drop onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with a fork. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

    I saw this on the back of a peanut butter jar. It is delicous! I tried it but I made them too squished. Here is a tip! Using the back of a fork to smush down to make criss cross patterns! Leave at least 1/2 an inch high though.

    for anyone who’s allergic to wheat, simply replace the wheat flour with this flour mix! 4c brown rice flour, 2/3c tapioca starch, 1c arrowroot 1/3 oat flour. PS: add a 3/4 tps. xanthem gum for these to rise… abelle9325
