I have a question which is upsetting about the Teacup Yorkie. I purchased the plush Teacup Yorkie from the EGanz store. It was delivered by Amazon and I bought 3 other plush pets for my kids’ Easter Baskets the same time. The tag says Webkinz Classic and there is a Webkinz Classic and a Webkinz Next code on the back. I adopted him through my account under Webkinz Classic as I don’t have or want Next. I cannot get access to the events for the pet of the month in April for the Teacup Yorkie because Customer Service is telling me this is a Next pet. That’s not what the tag states. It’s unfair and I feel this was not mentioned when I purchased him and it clearly says Webkinz Classic. What can anyone offer me to resolve this issue. I would like my money refunded at this point because I cannot get access to anything for the events for the this new pet of the month. Thanks.
The current Pet of the Month is the original Teacup Yorkie, not the new one. The HM number (788) appears next to the name. We do not feature recently released pets as the Pet of the Month.
That’s disappointing and confusing. At least explains why I am unable to collect any pet of the month prizes.

There are two Teacup Yorkies. This is the HM number so you know which one it is.
So, is the 788 the first Yorkie that came out or is it the second Yorkie they made?
