Please help. I purchased a deluxe membership on Jan 1, 2021 when the cost was 50% off. But today when I checked my account i have an extra membership at full cost placed today which I did NOT place – but no code, no acknowledgment in my order history and no other deluxe account! How do i get my money back for a clear error on Ganz’s part??? I don’t understand why i would suddenly be charge an extra 44.99 for an extra membership which I did not purchase! I can go through my bank and have it reported but i would rather go thru Ganz first, if possible. It isn’t really a good thing for a company to have reports against it for fraudulent charges.

Just FYI – the Hippo’s PSI bathtub does not look like the one shown in this room. The one pictured above has 3 of the shell fences placed around it.

It does seem like more and more things cost estore points. I am overly rich in Kinzcash, which I don’t seem to need anymore. Sigh.
While I doubt I will ever be rich in Kinzcash, I agree with your comments I especially wish they did not have so many random box themes. There is usually only one item I really want.
Is there a way to mute the new desktop app? if not, can it please be an option.
I have external speakers hooked up to my computer so I just turn them off. You can turn the volume all the way down on your computer before you open the app.
For anyone that doesn’t have points you can always trade for the items I’ve had a lot of success doing that !!!
