    I can understand why It’s only going to the 25th but at the very least, could you keep the discounted pets and items in the estore for an additional week or two? I would really like the ThunderBird, Cloud Sheep, and Phoenix pet but I won’t be able to purchase estore points until Tuesday.

    For those of you saying there’s an error message, I got that several times on Internet Explorer, but it worked my first try on Microsoft Edge; so trying a different browser might help. For those of you saying it still cost full price, the gold picture showed full price, but if you look a little lower in the words (not just picture part) it did show the discount had been applied and did only charge half of the standard price.

    Be careful! The promo code is not applying and charging people full price! I thankfully did not click confirm. I have called the ganz estore number multiple times but each time after waiting on hold it just tells me to leave a message. Email takes days for them to respond to and the sale will be over by then!

    Hi Everyone! I am not complaining, just so you know. Just wondered though, when I went to upgrade my membership with the 50% off, there was an error message that came up, but didn’t say what the problem was. Is there anyone whom can help me with this? Thank you in advance.

    I bought the membership but was charged full price so sad

      This happened to me as well! I was on Chrome, got the error message so I switched to Firefox which worked just fine, typed in the promo code, did everything right – and was charged the full price!! Very disappointed. I’m going to contact estore customer service – I am sure they will be able to fix it, because Ganz is a very honest company! :)

    Are the Hamsters like a regular pet? I don’t see a PSI or PSF for them listed in the eStore. Lots of good deals here. But 50% off yearly membership is a really good deal.
