I can understand why It’s only going to the 25th but at the very least, could you keep the discounted pets and items in the estore for an additional week or two? I would really like the ThunderBird, Cloud Sheep, and Phoenix pet but I won’t be able to purchase estore points until Tuesday.
For those of you saying there’s an error message, I got that several times on Internet Explorer, but it worked my first try on Microsoft Edge; so trying a different browser might help. For those of you saying it still cost full price, the gold picture showed full price, but if you look a little lower in the words (not just picture part) it did show the discount had been applied and did only charge half of the standard price.

I’ve tried to buy the deluxe for half off over three times and it won’t work! How can I get this to work?
I’m sad that it charging people full price, I would totally get it if it worked.
Be careful! The promo code is not applying and charging people full price! I thankfully did not click confirm. I have called the ganz estore number multiple times but each time after waiting on hold it just tells me to leave a message. Email takes days for them to respond to and the sale will be over by then!

Same problem here- tried to buy the 50% off a yearly membership and it gives error message without explaining the error. Emailing them takes days and this is a ONE DAY ONLY event. Do you have to be a free or full member to upgrade? Is that the problem?
If you currently have a Deluxe Membership, you cannot purchase and apply a new one immediately. You can, however, purchase one as a code, which you can apply once your Deluxe Membership expires.

I changed my browser to Firefox when this happened to me – but I had a different problem and was charged full price and not half off :( Is it because I typed in the promo code in all caps? It was caps in the advertisements so that’s the way I typed it.
Did anyone get this resolved? I’m still unable to purchase! :(

This happened to me as well! I was on Chrome, got the error message so I switched to Firefox which worked just fine, typed in the promo code, did everything right – and was charged the full price!! Very disappointed. I’m going to contact estore customer service – I am sure they will be able to fix it, because Ganz is a very honest company! :)
Are the Hamsters like a regular pet? I don’t see a PSI or PSF for them listed in the eStore. Lots of good deals here. But 50% off yearly membership is a really good deal.
The Deluxe Membership sale is an amazing one! Definitely going to take advantage of that, especially for my niece and my alt account! What happened to all the eStore Points deals though? Even the big points bundles were removed. :/ How do you expect people to buy all these Black Friday items without Point deals as well? The 20% off, as meager as it was, isn’t even available anymore even though it’s still Thanksgiving for a good number of players.
