I thought some of the Deluxe Wednesdays were disappointing because they were nothing new. But this week the estore has hit a new low. Why do you think that getting an old item worth 2500 points would make me want to spend 15,000 to get it? Please do better and offer us something special on Deluxe Wednesday.

Hey Ganz! I’m having issues with the July Peek-A-News boxes. They won’t open! They’ll drag into the room from the dock, but then nothing happens when I release them, and the number sitting in the dock doesn’t change. Anyone else having this issue?
Yes everyone is having this issue and Webkinz is aware of the problem. Keep collecting boxes daily and they can be opened after maintainence on July 27

Does anyone know if there is a way to transfer estore points from my classic account to my estore account? I have a lot of points on my Webkinz classic account but is says I have no points in the estore. I REALLY want to buy stuff from the estore! Please help!!
You cannot transfer points from your Webkinz World account back to your eStore account.
I thought there used to be a way of having points delivered to Estore instead of the game but when we tried the button was not there. Was this scrapped?
No, but you must set it at the time you set up your Deluxe membership.
Okay. :( So there is no possible way I could buy stuff from the estore?
Not unless you purchase points for your eStore account.
Can it be changed upon renewal or do we have to cancel and set up again?
I believe you can only change it if you cancel renewal and then set up a new one

theres stuff that costs estore posts in the w shop
If you email estore customer service they might be able to change where future points are deposited but you can’t transfer them
