I was wondering if anyone has an extra Sunset Beach Wallpaper? I was not lucky enough to win one during the Deluxe Free trial week. I did win a flooring and I would love to have the matching piece. I tried to go to the trading forum but it won’t load for me. I can offer rare items in exchange if anyone has a spare. My WW username is also outgoinglyshy. Thanks in advance if anyone can help. :)

Unrelated (sort of) – I still haven’t received my May 3,000 monthly bonus ePoints. I contacted Webkinz Customer Support via email and got a reply that just said to look for the points in my account at the eStore. I did and they were not there. My Deluxe membership expires Nov 29, 2026. The weird thing is that I got the bonus points for my other Deluxe membership, but not this one. What is going on and why did I get basically a form letter that did not answer my query???

Thanks, Sally. I did… but then I realized that my other Deluxe Webkinz account expires May 17, 2026, which means I am probably not entitled to the Bonus eStore points in May 2026. Correct?
Correct. If this is your renewal month, you won’t receive the monthly benefits until you renew.

May 13, 2026 is also Deluxe Appreciation Day Free item along with Deluxe Wednesday Giveaway Free item at the eStore.
Ooooo… thanks for the heads up! I am due to expire on the 14th, so hopefully it will still work without a hitch before I refill my subscription.
Did not look like there were any free items this month. Did I miss something?
You can see it, in the article May 13th says Deluxe Wednesday Mystery Box Series 4 have been receiving these for some time now. The box has a piece of clothing it may be a hat/headband, dress or shoes. Also if you look at the News article Ganz eStore for May 13th it shows a creamy colored item for Deluxe Appreciation Day.
