Is there any way we could get a Deluxe Wednesday reminder in the game? I’ve probably remembered to pick up my free item three or four times total in the last year, despite checking here regularly and playing almost daily. I’ve missed all sorts of cute freebies, including the headband yesterday.
Can someone at webkinz please explain this to me. I am deluxe, and I can not figure out how this sale works! Can someone help me? Thank you for your time
You need to have an account set up at the E-store, which I presume you do if you are a Deluxe member (if your code to make your Webkinz account a Deluxe account was activated thru someone else’s E-store account, that is a different scenario). On Wednesdays, once you sign in to your E-store account, you’ll be able to take advantage of whatever the special is for that Wednesday. Keep in mind that unless the item is free (like yesterday’s was), you’ll need e-store points. I hope this helps!

Lol for the life of me, I do not understand why these sales, in this yesterday, Wednesday, are not mentioned a day or two ahead of time so we know to watch out for them. :D
Yes, sadly I am just seeing this today. I would have loved to collect the sweet sparkling wand headband. In a time when we all need something nice to look forward to, please give us enough time to look forward to the wonderful things that you are offering.
I need help with a Webkinz item! I got the frost snow making machine and I don’t know how to work it! any advice?
I have the same issue! I was really disappointed when it just sat there. Hopefully someone else knows!
I have one from a long time ago and it use to shoot snow flakes up into the room when you walked your pet over to the machine & clicked on it. Mine isn’t doing anything either now. Guess it’s another one of the items that haven’t been fixed yet.
I read a past comment from a few years ago, seems like its been broken for along time now! sad I picked that as my pet of the month prize :(

I did as well. It doesn’t work, so I think it should not be in the list of gifts. I did ask some weeks ago if they could fix it. I am wary of choosing any more gifts that are supposed to work in case they don’t. It would be a great item, if it worked. Maybe someone will see this and fix it.
I agree netge, it doesn’t seem fair. Hopefully they will fix it soon or take it out. I also picked that as my pet of the month prize rachell2020
When I got it years ago it was very cool as it sent snowflakes into your room when you clicked it (and maybe made a sound also). Now it doesn’t work. Same with the super cute Zingoz Bubble Blower that would blow bubbles and now it doesn’t. Disappointing.
Sadly, ever since the implementation of Webkinz X, the snow making machine (POTM prize) hasn’t worked. It’s too bad, too, because the way it worked was really cute – it would kind of spray snowflakes when you clicked it, kind of like a bubble blowing machine but with snowflakes.
I’m wondering if the loss of Flash support has a lot to do with many of the items no longer working as they used to. I’m also hopeful that as we are able to fully move to the Desktop version we may be able to get some of these issues resolved.
I have a room ful of broken toys all in 1 place . It used to throw a puff of snow flakes . They fix it now and them .

Spend events often reward you for spending points. The seeds would be the reward for spending a set number of points on other products.
Can the item that you buy be seeds as well? I was planning to get more and that week would be a perfect time to do so.
I don’t think there’s a restriction on what you buy as long as you hit the points threshold

I once got 2 membership codes to use later. But all 4 seeds were included . I put them on my account and save memberships for other years.
There are 2 things to look at when there is a spend promo 1: Usually in the fine print it says “bundles are excluded”, there are currently seed bundles under promotions. So if that sentence is in the rules buying a bundle pack would not count towards the point threshold. 2: One promo per transaction. So for example you need to spend 20,000 points to get the seeds. But if you spent 40,000 in one transaction you would only get the seeds one time not two. However if you break it up into two transactions, each one qualifies and gets the seeds. Hope this helps, it can be confusing the first time you do a spend promo.
