    The Spring Shepherd is adorable and I love its PSF, the Springtime Ice Pop! Speaking of spring, I have a favour to ask the Ganz eStore Team; would it be possible to make the adorable Spring Fairy Buddy tradeable, sellable and kinzpostable? Since it is very rare and can only be won in the Webkinz Day Loot Bag, it would be a fun promotional item to look for in the Trading Room :o) Thank you for your consideration!

    We have been playing Webkinz for 10 years, deluxe members since that was available, and NEVER in 10 years has Ganz, Estore or Webkinz EVER answered a request for help. Not by phone, not by email, not by tech ticket……there is no customer service, there can’t be……NO ONE EVER ANSWERS.

      Omg, I know right!!! I got my spring shepherd yesterday (I called her Shimmer) and she is the CUTEST pet I have! With the leftover estore points I got her a spring dress and a pink bow, since I couldn’t afford the bonnet and shoes.

    Has anyone had problems with their E Store account? I made 3 purchases and when I tried to make a fourth I got a message saying I had not used my account in a long time and I needed to call Customer Service to get it reactivated. I had used it literally seconds before. I have tons of points that I can’t access and it is so difficult to reach anyone at the E Store. I am very concerned about this issue. Has anyone else had problems.

      Nope, my Estore account does not acknowledge that I’m a deluxe member and I can’t get any kind of an answer from them no matter how you try and contact them. Their not even answer tech tickets.

      I have had the same problems ALL week long. I can’t even get into the eStore this weekend to buy the Spring Shepherd. I also tried Customer Service in many different ways, just like you, and have gotten no answers…I am so disappointed. I also don’t ever get to see the short Podkinz for the code for the make up table.

        llj9349, you can buy the Spring Shepherd from the W-Shop as well. That’s where I got mine. I hope that helps. Good luck in getting it. Davids1lilpixie, the e-store doesn’t acknowledge that I’m a Deluxe member either. So weird.

    Hopefully it’s actually in the store, either estore or webkinz in game store, cause the Spring Shepherd wasn’t either place yesterday. :-( For that matter, when is the Estore folks going to start ANSWERING people? I’ve tried contacting them 3 different ways for the Estore is not showing that I am a deluxe member and I am not being offered deluxe prices. An answer might be nice. :-(

      I left so many messages and no call back nor a reply to my request thru email… yes i want to talk to someone about renewing my deluxe accounts since i haven’t been unable to thru estore, email etc etc
