    Ok, I’ve had issues since March. I’ve been patient, I’ve written emails. NO ANSWER. I’ve spent way way more then I should. I love the game. I do, but I’ve been charged full price for deluxe when it was 50 percent off, still not fixed, also a few other issues including that I bought 20 mystery bags yesterday, and they show as bought, but aren’t in my account! It seems there isn’t any issues when I buy points…it’s just getting the items I pay for with them I’m not getting. I’m kinda past patience at this point. I’m owed money, and there’s no one to actually talk to about this??? Time to start taking calls. Sorry, but it’s time, please start taking calls..the email thing just isn’t cutting it.

      That’s pretty strange — you should have received at least a response by now. Was it ganzestorecs@ganz.com you emailed?

        Yes Sally, it was. 3 times I wrote. And btw, I am the one who told you about the app asking for Webcam acess, I tried through browser, got same thing. So I used my Norton anti virus to block access to my camera and put tape over the camera lens. It still asks everytime I log in. Just thought you should know.

          Thank you for replying. It looks like the last message received from that email address was last year. Were you emailing ganzestorecs@ganz.com, webkinzsupport@ganz.com or a different email address?

            Ganzestorecs@ganz.com. ..though I may have used the other one last year. But I sent 3 emails THIS year.is it possible for someone to call me so I can get this straightened out???

            Someone has tried emailing you directly. Please make sure you check your junk mail if you don’t see anything. If you still haven’t received anything, would it be possible for you to try a different address, something like a Gmail account? Unfortunately while we’re all working from home, we don’t have access to the phone system.

            Sally, I still haven’t gotten the email.. so I just sent another detailed email at 7:49 eastern time today, 7\6\20. I also found 2 copies of emails I sent to ganz on 3/18/20, 5:52pm ET and 5/15/20 2:46am ET. I a dress all my issues in detail, and with dates and order numbers this time. Hopefully now that I’m letting you know I just sent it it won’t get accidently overlooked. I kept a copy. Hopefully this time it will work..however I will also try checking my spam box.. ugh, that thing is terrible to is through! Lol thanks again for helping! Stay safe! Hopefully soon you guys can get back to normal.

            If you haven’t received their email by now, your ISP may have blacklisted our server. I’ll double check if they receive anything, but you may need to use a different email address, like a Gmail account, to ensure that you can actually communicate. They did a search by your email address and got no results more recent than last year, so it’s not a question of being overlooked. If you have an alternative email account, please try using it.

            Please let me know if they got this one. Everytime I buy estore I get emails with my codes when I get codes..so I don’t think you’re blacklisted. I’ll check back here to see if they got this one..if not then I guess I’ll have no choice but to use another email adress.

            Hey sally, wanted to tell you I might have found an issue with my email..I’m not sure I’m getting it all on my phone!! So I sat down and went in swimming on my big pc in full protection..lol what a mess..I found the email they sent in there! So I replied by copy and pasting the last email I sent..hopefully they will get it this time! But I still can’t understand why they aren’t getting the ones I’ve sent earlier..very strange..anywho…I can’t thank you enough for helping me.     Is anyone else having problems with everything today in WW? I see no berries and I have tried logging out and then back in, I get logged out of every account when I try to spin the deluxe prize wheel ( I managed to get the wheel to spin on 2 out of 14 accounts successfully. I am glad I’m not paying for deluxe! ) and now I get a message saying that I am forbidden to enter the e-store for the berries. Todays free deluxe preview / berry hunting is not turning out to be very fun!

      Oh and I can’t send kinz post either and once I press send I get logged out and the items disappear from one account and don’t show up in the other.

        The only trouble I have is mine freezes if I collect charms and I can’t use Mire at all. I was also wondering if anyone knew where those showers are from. Love them. You couldn’t get the berries at the E-Store? I have to look and see if that’s a problem also. ugh I’m sorry!

          Also having major log in issues today. Reported it much earlier. Always seems to happen at the weekend. The showers are from the Summer Teak theme in the Mystery boxes. I managed to get one in one of mine.

        exact same thing happened to me! Lost 3 items. And Deluxe Wheel just froze up and I had to X out and log back in and lost my spin.

      Sorry to hear. I think today was full of glitches. Got logged off when I tried to use the Deluxe Prize Machine. So I’ll lose a turn and I don’t dare send anything by KinzPost so I’m sorry I can’t use my items on the account I want :(
