Dinosaur tracker and Trevor the Curio Shop display Rare items anywhere from 2 to 3 times a day, you just need to happen to stumble on it. Rare means you need to work hard to find it and I agree that you shouldn’t be able to just buy it. If we could buy everything so easy it would’;t make the game as interesting right? Not trying to be mean just trying to help.
