I hope someone can help me with my question…Has the way of purchasing Webkinz Deluxe Memberships Changed? Am I no longer able to purchase One Account with 1 Year Deluxe Membership and then add 4 additional bonus Deluxe Membership accounts on the same transaction? It has been 1 year my deluxe membership has expired. I would like to renew but I am not seeing the box to add up to 4 bonus accounts. If this is the case and this option in no longer available my days of having Deluxe Memberships will be done I guess. I am from Canada to purchase anything from the eStore is expensive you have to add exchange and then 13%HST. I sure hope that the option of purchasing bonus accounts is available. I would love to continue having the enjoyment of being able to have Deluxe. I did have 10 Deluxe accounts which have been played for years. It cost me $250.00 with the bonus account for five accounts to be deluxe only receiving 1 Super Exclusive Item. I have been a loyal customer at the eStore for almost ten years spending a lot of money. I currently have 26 Webkinz accounts that are played everyday all on Full Memberships. If the Deluxe Membership does not have the option of getting the bonus accounts reinstated, I am sad to say that the eStore will lose a very good customer and I will not renew any of my Webkinz counts. IT is getting way too expensive to have the extras to play in Webkinz World.
You must have clicked the ‘don’t renew’ button when you bought your last deluxe membership or had to resubmit CC information. When you did that you clicked off the ability to get the additional 4 accounts. Had I known this I would have never click ‘do not renew’ I have been doing two memberships; waiting for the half-price membership (which is usually Black Friday or January 1) You are no longer able to add the 4 bonus accounts with the new programming and I suspect most long timers can’t, either. Once your credit card renewal date comes up you have to resubmit your new information and that automatically ceases the old subscription forcing you to take the membership under the new programming.
Yes that has changed. They no longer have the option of bonus accounts. That might actually signify the end of deluxe for me :<

Sorry…but I think the option of adding accounts is no longer available. But hopefully, they will be offering a discount on deluxe membership sometime this month.
Are you putting the 4 additional bonus Deluxe Membership on diff accounts? The way I did it was the diff transactions. There were four accounts that needed memberships and we had to do them one at a time :( If I were you, I would put the deluxe membership on your main account and leave the rest non active if it is getting way to expensive. I hope this helps!
webkinz04 – Yes I was putting the 4 additional bonus Deluxe Memberships on on four different account it was reasonable to have the extra deluxe accounts for $14.99 each for the bonus. I have found out this option is no longer available I spoke to the eStore. The eStore has lost a very good customer by making this change.
Well, that is what the eStore gets…I tell you, as the years past by, things become more expensive and things change more and more. I have been a member since 2011. Things where so much easier then. I don’t remember about Deluxe memberships, because I was 6 at the time, but things seemed much better then. For example, regular members got to go to Vacation Island (though you paid $500) Now you have to be Deluxe…
