    Good morning, Webkinz Team! I was adding items to my cart Friday morning when the sale went live, and all of a sudden, I got a pop-up that my account had been deactivated… I immediately sent an email, but I haven’t heard back yet. Is there anything I need to do on my end to get back into my account? Obviously, the sale is over now, and I’m super sad I wasn’t able to get the items I wanted, but I’d at least like to get back into my eStore account. Thank you!

    I went to purchase 10 Fresh Icy Shrubs. They are on sale 900 each (it was 1500). It says if you purchase 10, you will receive 30% off and it will be applied at checkout. I added 10 shrubs, and it says 9,000. It should be 6,300. This has happened to me so many times. I did not buy them. What do I do? This always happens on the weekend. I have been waiting for a year or so for them to go on sale.

      I’ve passed this on. Apparently the promo is not supposed to apply to sale items at all as it is already discounted.

        Thank you so much, Sally! I still had them in my cart, and it just popped up 6,300. I hurried up and bought them. I can’t believe it! I immediately put them in my room and they sparkle/glitter – I love them!

    Hi, I bought the Year of Deluxe for my 2nd account. Can I use the same estore account to redeem it or would I have to create a new one?

      If you bought a code, it doesn’t matter what eStore account you use to redeem it on your Classic account.

        So to clarify because I worded it weird, you can have 2 deluxe memberships on 1 estore account?

          An individual Classic account can only have one Deluxe membership on it at a time. You can manage as many Classic accounts from a single eStore account as you like. You don’t need to create a separate one for each Classic account.

      But. if you redeem more than one code per e-store account, then would you receive 3,000 e-store points for each code you redeemed each month? So, would your account be credited with 6,000 if you redeemed 2, 9,000 points if you redeem 3? How does that work?
