Well, I’m going to name mine Zippy from the Zoo Plates of Zoopals. They had a bumblebee name Zippy. BrightnSinging2Carrots, will you also see the name for the Salt and Pepper Dalmatian?
Zippy is a perfect name for this pet! I remember Zoopal plates well. :) (I only remember them from the Columbus Zoo several years ago) And I can check on the Salt and Pepper Dalmatian! And now that I think about it, Zippy is really close to Zipzee who was one of the Breezies from 3rd Gen. My Little Pony. :)
I loved Zipzee! When I was little, my mom bought me all of the G3 and G1 DVDS, because I was born when Gen 3 started, so I grew up with both. I recently discovered G2 (it’s okay, I guess, the theme song bites though), and now I am OBSESSED with G4 :P
I LOVE Generation 3!!!! It was my first introduction to My Little Pony. :) Right now, I have 300+ 3rd Gen. ponies. I have a few 1st Gen. ponies and one 2nd Gen. (not including the McD’s toys), but 3rd Gen. is my absolute favorite. :) I’m not a fan of the most recent generation, though.

I agree with you – it’s very cute, but it does look odd with only four legs. I think if they can give the Caterpillar eight legs, they could have given this little guy six, even if this is a flying pet (unlike the Caterpillar, which isn’t.)
