Why is the Ganz E-Store rejecting the code that it sent to me to redeem 2,000 e-store points for the second level of Sophie’s Rewards? I went to the Redeem Points section of the E-Store Points page on site and tried to enter the points multiple times, by both methods of entering them: copy & paste, as well as entering the code manually. It was rejected both ways. The code shop codes for everything else worked fine and the rewards were received, but the Ganz E-Store redemption of e-store points did not. LadyBeauty
