I purchased the 1 year membership that comes with two pets and it wasn’t even applied to my account….
Did you buy it as a code? You’ll have to apply that yourself. The pet code will be in your eStore account history.
Apparently my account is now stacked and I’ll have to wait until May 24th for it to be applied. Is there any other way I can get my pets now?

I think the only way to get the without buying directly is by getting deluxe membership! I always wait for the black friday sale and buy my membership then. :) hope this helps!

I have friends who don’t buy estore points but they each have some on their WW accounts. I am not sure where they got them. It must have been a promotional or a reward or something. The one account is fairly new (less than a year). Maybe Ganz gives out a starter 2000 estore points when you make a new account or something. My friends don’t remember where the points came from. Sorry that isn’t more helpful, but maybe someone else remembers where these gift points come from.
When you open a new account, you are deluxe for 3 days. On the last day or the day after , open your kp and You should receive 2000 estore points :)
I got some for free during a giveaway a while ago. Everyone that logged on got them! Maybe they’ll do that again. Either way, good luck, and I hope you’re able to get some!
I know in August of 2014, they gave away 3,000 eStore Points during Play Days for working together on a challenge. It was huge. They gave away tons of prizes for 3 days. Then, they gave away another 3,000 eStore points sometime later, I believe. All I know is that I had a total of 6,000 eStore points without buying any. It would be great if they gave us some eStore points for the 15th year celebration.

I agree that it can be disappointing when the offers are for items one already has purchased. BUT I enjoy having an opportunity to purchase items that have not been available to those of us who didn’t know about Webkinz until very recently. That is to say, it’s nice to get a chance to buy RETRO items, or even RETIRED items, on these special occasions like a 15 year anniversary.
I agree! I took a break for a few years, and missed out on all of the year 10 items and now I want them bad LOL!
