I finally got this pet last month and named her Cerise from Ever After High.
I bought one of these red foxes, but unfortunately something went wrong in the adoption process, and it only asked if it was a cat or dog so I said it was cat so now they think I have a cat not the red fawn and I could not get it changed cause you cannot speak to anyone on the phone about it. I tried to do what they said to fix the problem but could not fix it. Very frustrating that you can no longer get the help on the phone.
