How do you do it? Unless I’m totally missing out on something, I’m don’t think there’s any easy way!

  The only way I know of is to invite them to play a game, and find out their username then. Then, add them on your phone. To see their username, they might have to invite you, I don’t know, all I know is that is I’ve done it before. Hope this helped :) ! JesusismyLord
