      Hello! I do have the item you’re looking for somewhere in my rooms, but not sure if I am ready to trade it yet. How many points would you offer for it? And, I did want to ask, did you still need the elf hat? I saw that you expressed interest in kbk’s elf hat on her forum, and I would love to trade it to you if you still need it!
