    I think it’s nervy of Webkinz to have a glitchy game that uses e-points. Sometimes, it does not recognize the color of the ball. Other times, it will not let you move any balls after a big thing of points. I finally found a fix for that by clicking on option to buy a power up and then cancelling. Then it again will let you move them. Sometimes, it freezes after a win and just sits there. There is nothing to be done except to logout. I don’t know how many epoints it has made me lose, but it was quite a bit.
