      I haven’t gotten that far, but If you mean that it says to watch something on your tv, and it’s not working for you, then it works (it’s not broken) (my brother had a similar challenge that he could not beat, and it turns out…………..) he just needed to press the power button on the remote! (try it and see if it works! happy to help you and sorry if it didn’t work)
