    I am a deluxe member that has not got my estore points or deluxe member item of the month for the month of December. I can’t figure out how to find out why. It is not a question anywhere on the site what do I do.

      HI you could use sweetcupcake16s idea or you could serch webkinz support online and it should bring up the phone number bye

      Hi ivysmom! :) Go to the webkinz website and click on customer support. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on ”comments and suggestions”, then ”our question does not appear above”, then ”other” and fill out all the information. I hope this helps. Have a sweet day!~SC
