    There are some gift boxes that are currently in my dock that I can’t open. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with some of these. Do I need to contact Webkinz customer services to get these removed?

      Well, if you dragged them into your room, it’s supposed to work… Maybe you should try dragging them into different parts of the room, like the walls or floor… Hope you get this fixed!

      yes for some reason i have a tawny pup gift box and a mistletoe mouse gift box
