    Hello everyone! My younger sister has been asking for a cupcake dress promo (I think it’s a vanilla cupcake suit?) for quite a long time now, and numerous people have promised us a trade, but never went through on it. I checked the WI guide, and it is listed along with the other promo items that are tradeable. So, now I’m slightly confused. Can anyone help us out? Thanks in advance! ~helloprettypanda~
