    I had to make a new password to get my account back and now I cant log in at all. I haven’t been on my account for a year or two, but accounts don’t cancel. Why can’t I log in?

      im having the same problem yet my mom can get into my lil sisters so im like what is going on. and thank goodness it isn’t just me but its ridiculous

      hi there! there are only a few things you can do. if you have not been on in a year or two then they might of not saved your account because they only have made the non expiring account thing recently. also if you cant get on you can start a free account .
