Solving Neon Tutu!

Please post all fails of the neon tutu here! Heres what I think is in the neon tutu and why : someone asked Plumpy in 2011 (I think) what was in the neon tutu recipe. She gave some hints and said ‘blast from the past’ which i thought was the black vest in it because the description of the black vest said blast from the past. She also said ‘dazzling’ so I looked through all the clothes and the only thing I thought I saw that was descriptive of dazzling was ‘ Ruby Red Slippers.’ She gave another hint that said ‘punk-tacular.’ I couldn’t figure that one out and I think I looked through every clothing description. Please help solve this adorable recipe!
