Okay, so i am a deluxe member on webkinz world. But, i never got my monthly gift! I searched in my dock, all over it, still, no nothing. I need help! >.<

  roariamarshmallow- Just a thought, when did you become a Deluxe member? If it was last December 2012, then your last Deluxe gift would have been last month, November 2013…….. though the Deluxe status doesn’t expire until the end of this month (December) 2013.

  Hi Roar. If you are deluxe and didn’t get our gift, you should try emailing ganz. Sometime the gifts come a day late, mine did once. But if it was the gift for December and it never come that is pretty late and you should probably email. There is also one more thing. If you have a six month membership for example, you will be deluxe until the day you got it, but you don’t get more than 6 boxes. That happened to me. Hope I helped. LT
