Hi Jessica! Adopting pets with medallions is very easy! So once you click and drag the medallion box into your room, check the Medallions tab when you go to your pet selection window. All 200 medallions should be deposited into the 20 Year Tiger slot, and it should have a green button below it that says ‘Adopt.’ Click that and go from there! As for other medallions, there are two types of medallions: pet specific ones and ‘AnyPet’ ones. The AnyPet medallions are sort of like a wild card in Uno but instead it’s with medallions. You can use those towards any of the pets shown available.

Names can’t be changed because the code Webkinz is made up of is too old and brittle which is why Ganz only messes with it if they absolutely have to, like if a pet’s name is inappropriate.

Well hello, balletbear5M!!! I don’t know if you remember me or not but I remember you!! :D Good to see you again! Unfortunately, I don’t think it is possible to link accounts that are not already connected, but you could probably make a Webkinz Classic account to connect with your Next one. I’ve had this problem before and was not able to connect the two, so I just made a new Next account corresponding with my Classic username.

Hey there Bootzie! As of the most recent Webkinz update, there’s been a glitch where any room that has the Chocolate Egg Seeds planted will kick you out of said room. Unfortunately, it’s a very tight glitch and only Webkinz Support can fix it. Luckily you can email them at webkinzsupport@ganz.com and they should fix it for you. Just keep in mind though that they’re pretty overloaded right now and may not respond right away. I hope you can get it fixed!

Hi Sonnyboythehorse! Unfortunately, free players can’t make new or get rooms if they’ve already created more than five. Secondly, if you’ve already adopted more than 10 pets in the past then you no longer get a free room to go with it. I stopped getting free rooms sometime after my 9th or 10th pet. If you adopt a pet though to get a Full or purchase a Deluxe Membership then you can make as many rooms as you want.

HI I SEE YOU’RE TALKING ABOUT MUSIC I LIKE KEITH GREEN XD Okay but in all seriousness REALLY I do XD I was just listening to the live version of “If You Love The Lord” earlier and mann it’s amazing!! I also enjoy the Second Chapter of Acts musical trio, Jamie Owens Collins, Phil Keaggy, Kelly Willard, Silverwind, Candle, Amy Grant, Larry Norman, and a bunch of others. But Keith Green is definitely my first favorite hah. That’s cool to see you like Christian music! :D
