PLEASE HELP ME!!!! WebkinzX challenge is almost over and I still don’t see the challenge icon in my pets’ rooms. How can I access the challenge?
I have a similar problem with the Adventure Perk. In the middle of a quest, I finished the first level. then on the second leg/crystal, I found the first piece of rope but there is no place to dif for the second piece…no second room with places to dig for the rope. One time there was places to dig but I used up most of bought digs only to find nothing in the entire room. Ever since then, there is no place in the second room to dig. Please HELP ME and veloceiraptor. I love the adventure park and have missed playing the quests.
I hope I can find my way back here to look for responses! I’m trying to play Mazin Hamsters. I’ve played for a long time just fine. Now, (yes, I use Chrome) I must have this 3-D unity webplayer. I have successfully downloaded it but can not seem to install it. Any ideas? I am not very tech savvy but would appreciate any help or suggestions I can get…especially if you’ve HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE!

Also, I saw I had mail and you won’t believe what an incredible gift I found. My deluxe membership is to be extended until 2016! That’s awesome! That’s the best thing that has happened to me in a year! I’m pretty sure you were a part of these great doings. So, thanks Genelle for ALL of your help!

Thank you for hosting this forum Gennelle. I am confused about a few things and I thought maybe you could help. I am a deluxe member but I did not get my 3000 cash nor did I get my wish token. This had happened several times (hit or miss) so I’m wondering how to fix it to get all I can from my membership. Also, when I first log on in my pets’ rooms, their care icons all show zero. After I play awhile, the hunger, health, and happiness return to what they were when I last logged out. What’s that about? Are they sick? If so, they do not show it (ice pack on head) or indicate they don’t feel well. Hmmm . . . what, a mystery? Is anyone else having the same experiences (now or in the past)? If so, what did you do to fix it? Gennelle, could you please help me? I’d gladly pay for your services (in kinzcash). Please contact me at my email address. I’d greatly appreciate it.
