    Why do we have all the ads all of a sudden? It is annoying that every time I want to do something or play an ad pops up and I have to wait for it to finish. It would be nice if Deluxe members would only have to see one or two ads.

    Does anyone know why the pets hearts don’t fill up when you take them to the spa on Vacation Island? Is it because of the family points?

    Why do I sometimes get a “Campaign Expired
    We’re Sorry! This campaign has expired. Check the Contest List to see active campaigns and contests!
    You can only redeem this prize once a day!” when I haven’t gotten the prize for the day? This happens frequently.
