I got banned from the code store just for using a code that was from the actual e-store.
Your best bet is to copy and paste codes into the code shop to ensure there are no typos. It will ban you temporarily if you make too many mistakes because it thinks you’re trying to guess codes.
I have not been able to log in to use the code shop manually on the internet is there a way to do it without the widows app? like can I do it on the website? p.s. I really miss the old webkinz I wish it never changed I’ve had and account since 2009 its sad to me that it has all changed to this I was hoping my daughter would be able to use my account when she got older like on a computer and no app needed but honestly I’m sad she won’t be able to experience it the way I did.
Unfortunately, you must use the Desktop App to access Webkinz. Browsers discontinued support for Flash Player, so you cannot play Webkinz through the browser anymore
How do we access the desktop app? Do we have to download it? We can’t just log in using a typical browser on a desktop computer???
Correct. To play the full version of Webkinz Classic, you must download the Desktop App. Browsers no longer support Flash, so you cannot play through a browser.
How do you do it on mobile
You can’t. You’ll need to log in through the Desktop App

Is there a way to appeal a code shop ban? Im just bad with letters/numbers and kept having them one or two digits mixed up or wrong, was just curious if I could get it taken off since I was planning on putting in a ton of codes I found.
They generally only last 24 hours
Help! I was watching a Podkinz and I put in the code for what my sister told me was the Cactus Cat Costume. It told me that code does not exist. So I put it in again, thinking maybe I typed it wrong. It told me I am banned from the Code Shop for one day, and that stinks because I had more Podkinz codes to enter! But what I’m really scared about is it gave me a warning and said something like if I did the wrong code again it would terminate me! Ganz, please help! I didn’t know I was doing anything wrong! I’m crying because I have worked for 2 years on my pets! I need help!
P.S. I am worried I will just log in one day and it will say my account was deleted. Please help me Ganz!

You have to log in through the website or the desktop app. The Code Shop is not available on mobile

can webkinz mobile use codes?
Right now Webkinz Mobile can only use Adoption Codes. There is no Code Shop on Mobile, so you cannot use Community or Feature Codes.
How do we use the code shop to add our zumbuddy
If you have a Feature Code, you enter it in the Code Shop. If you’ve already unlocked your Zumbuddy, visit the Clubhouse and then click on the icon at the top left to see your buddy.
