i realize that it’s spelled “soar”-bet bc the dragon flies, but it seems like an error. it’s just not clear enough that it’s intentional in this case. i would recommend changing it back to sorbet. (afterall, we’re all trying to teach our kids to spell and we really, really don’t want them to learn something that’s wrong.)
Sorbet is spelled wrong. The correct spelling is soarbet
