Oh my gosh! The most awful thing has happened! I went into my little brother Reid’s room this morning to bring him downstairs for breakfast and he has a runny nose! Isn’t that terrible? I rushed right down to get my mom and she told me to calm down, and that everyone gets the sniffles once in a while. How can she be so carefree? Reid is just little! This could be serious!
After breakfast I put him right back to bed and made sure he stayed there. He was getting really fussy and whiny so he must have been really sick. My mom says it was because he was bored being stuck in his bed and that I should play with him, but I’m sure it was because he was sick. A sick baby needs rest, not play!
I called my grandma and told her she has to make a big batch of chicken soup. My mom says Reid doesn’t like chicken soup, but I have to convince him to take it! I just want him to get better!
Roberta you have to play with Reid or else he will get bored! Plus in a couple of days he will get better.
Calm down, it’s ok. You don’t need to keep Reid in bed all day. I have a feeling your mom is right. Just let him be a baby and you can be a good big sister by playing with him. TLC is considered the best medicine.
Dont worry Roberta, your little bro will get better in no time. Just play with him and the sniffles will pass.
Don’t worry Roberta, it’s nice that you care so much about your brother, you’re such a good big sister! :) But you can trust your mom, if she says it’s nothing serious then it’s nothing serious. Even babies get sick sometimes, just like kids and adults do. Don’t worry! :) ~WebkinzLoverForever!~
Roberta, if he was throwing up, then maybe you should be nerovus. He’s fine, CHILL!
Don’t worry! He is probably fine!
Roberta,Roberta,Roberta……….. I have 2 words for ya’……… CALM DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You’re a terrific sister, Roberta! Like others have said, quiet play to keep him entertained and content, and plenty of liquids. I think he’ll be fine. He has a wonderful, concerned sister. He’s one blessed bunny.
I think that is the only comment here that doesn’t say anything like CALM DOWN ROBERTA! I think Roberta is doing the right thing by being concerned about her baby brother. I think he wil be fine with some rest, and the soup might help (It always helps my little sister). I just hope Reid gets better soon! -Molly
It sounds like you’re a pretty good sister yourself, Bluenosedpuppy.
Lol. Just relax, Roberta. Relax. He just has the sniffles and he’s fine. Like you mom said, everyone gets the sniffles sometimes. :) (Trust me, I’m the oldest of SIX kids :)) -Bluepeso
wow!!!!! 6!!!!! and me complaining of being the oldest of 3 kids!!!!
Listen, i’m an only child, but my baby cousin( well he was 5 months ago) always gets the sniffles and the burps! He just needs some help on blowing his nose! Give him a a lot of liquids it helps their digestive system in their stomachs
