Challenge 7: Cut Out Sugar for a Week!

Sparky

Hi there, it’s Sparky! Okay, we’re all doing this cool Lifestyle Challenge and I came up with a really good idea for us. We should all try cutting out added sugar for a week! That means no sugary cereals or candies. And no baked goods with added sugar, like cookies or cake. It’s okay to have natural sugars, like in fruit which is good because I love fruit. And my Uncle Arte told me that we can substitute the sugar in baking with honey or maple syrup so I’m gonna try making cookies for the ‘Kinz that have no sugar. I wonder if I can go a whole week without a single candy. Wish me luck!

Challenge 5: Go to the Park and Play!

Cowabelle

Hi there, it’s me Cowabelle! As part of our Lifestyle Challenge, Roberta and I decided to give ourselves a challenge. We decided that every day that we get together and play (which is pretty much every day!) we are going to make a point of going to the park and playing for a while. That means that rather than playing school in Roberta’s living room, or going to the arcade, or watching TV, we will spend at least an hour playing outside, getting fresh air and running around. And it’s been so much fun! We pretend that the jungle gym is a castle, or a pirate ship, and we have to fight dragons or search for treasure! The other day we ran into Nibbles, Molly and Alex, and we had a huge game of hide and seek. There is so much to do when you get outside and move!
