Berries are Coming to Webkinz Friends! The Berry Festival is on in Webkinz World and the fruit-filled fun is spreading to Webkinz Friends! Starting on Friday, July 20, there will be four brand new crops that you can plant and harvest to get Food: Jumbleberries, Pickleberries, Sugarberries (all available in the “Resources” section of the KinzMart) and the very special Moonberries (you need Facebook credits to purchase this plant). When you harvest these crops, you’ll get a chance to earn Collection Pieces (each berry has its own collection). Complete a berry’s collection and trade the pieces in for a berry that you can send back to Webkinz World. This will help fill up the jars in Jumbleberry Fields faster than ever before! To really make your fields look fantastic, pick up the three brand new decorations available in the KinzMart. You’ll love the “Fresh Berry Juice Stand,” and the “Fresh Berries” and “Jumbleberry Fields” signs. Have a ‘berry’ good time farming in your own Jumbleberry Fields!
Nibbles’ Family Takes the Plunge
Okay, I don’t want to be a disloyal sister or anything, because Plumpy is the best sister ever, but can I tell you something really cool that happened since Plumpy got married and went away and my parents came home? My mom and dad decided to get a pool! A POOL! Can you believe that? That wouldn’t have happened if Plumpy were still in charge! It is so nice having my very own swimming pool in my backyard! It’s been a really hot summer here and, as long as my mom or dad is around, I can just dive in any time I want to cool off. I’ve been having such a good time. Then something kind of interesting happened the other day. I was hanging out in the pool, when my mom said some friends were at the front door. I went through and there were Purr-Cilla, Penelope and Janice. Weird, huh? They came to ask me if I wanted to hang out. Jumbleberry Fields Tips
Felicity Tiger here with some handy tips to help you get the most out of Jumbleberry Fields! 1. If you manage to get any purple Moonberries, keep them. Those are worth the most and they’re the hardest to get. Whether you assign them to the Moonberry basket or one of the number baskets is up to you – but definitely keep them if you roll them! 2. If you happen to roll one of each color, put it into the Mixed Basket right away – it’s hard to get one of each color! 3. Jumbleberries and Sugarberries are the easiest to get, so look for these ones when you’re trying to fill your four and five baskets. Obviously, if you manage to get four Pickleberries or Moonberries, wonderful! Save up the berries you earn and you’ll have your jam jars filled in no time! Happy berry picking!

Tasty Berry Parfait
Make a tasty berry parfait! What you need: ½ cup whipped cream, ½ cup frozen strawberries, ½ cup frozen blueberries, ½ cup frozen raspberries, 2 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt, blender, adult assistant, glasses or parfait dishes Makes 2 What you do: Put all the berries and the whipped cream into the blender. Have your adult assistant help you with the blending. When the berries and whipped cream are blended, layer that mixture in a parfait cup with the yogurt (layer of berries, layer of yogurt, layer of berries, layer of yogurt, etc.). Serve it up and enjoy!

New Lots, Items, Goals, and Collections! The Rockerz Pets have arrived in Webkinz World and now they’re joining the fun on Webkinz Friends! Starting on July 20, if you’re at Level 10 (or above), you can help Kinzville get ready to rock and roll by completing some brand new Goals. You’ll start by buying a special lot that has a few of the things you’ll need to host an awesome music festival. You’ll get to set up a souvenir stand, build the K.I.N.Z radio station, invite your friends, set up a stage and get ready for the concert of a lifetime! As long as the power holds out, that is… When you do these new Goals, you’ll get to start a brand new Souvenir Stand collection, you’ll unlock special items in the KinzMart (portable toilets, K.I.N.Z Radio and the Kinzville Music Store, to mention a few), and you’ll get wonderful prizes (Stage Light Lamp, Touring Trunk and Base Case Closet for your pet’s house and a Plush Rockerz Cat to send back to Webkinz World). Roberta’s Craft: Wrapping Paper
Roberta here with another fun (and easy) craft! Here’s how you make your very own wrapping paper! What you need: Empty soda bottle (as large or as small as you like), tempera or acrylic paint, large piece of paper What you do: Pour the paint into a shallow dish or tray. Dip the bottom of your soda bottle into the paint. Stamp the bottom of the bottle onto the paper. It looks like flowers! Now you’ve got your own flower-themed wrapping paper!
A Berry Cool Festival!
Calling all berry fans! From July 18 to July 29, you’ll be able to catch a whole bunch of delicious berries! Watch for flying Goo-Goo berries and Polar berries that your pet will love to eat, and watch for flying Sugarberries, Moonberries, Pickleberries and Jumbleberries that you can save up and put in your jam jars (or feed to your pet)! Time to collect those berries!
Stoogles’ Check-Up
Stoogles here, feeling kind of sorry for myself. I don’t know if you heard the bad news, but I fell off my trampoline and broke my flipper! Can you believe that? I mean, if I broke my flipper during the school year, well, that wouldn’t be the end of the world, right? But on summer vacation? What a drag! Anyway, I just got back from a check-up with Dr. Quack and he said that my break is healing nicely, but that I have to continue to take it easy. Do you know what ‘taking it easy’ means? It means more hanging out with my grandpa while the rest of my family has lots of awesome summer fun. So long, amusement park. Hello, cold noodles and naps. At least my friends have been visiting me. Molly and Nibbles came over the other day with cupcakes for me and Sparky lent me his new video game. I guess that kind of makes up for the fact that I am stuck here with nothing to do.
