Change Made to Communal Contests
Since we launched Communal Contests eight weeks ago, we’ve been very happy to see so many of our members get involved in working to win the weekly prize. Unfortunately, the number of people who vote for a prize is far greater than the number of people who actually help out by playing on the weekend. We feel that it is important that everyone work together to meet the communal goal. Starting this week, you will only be able to claim the weekly prize if you participated fully, by playing the Communal Contest game on Saturday or Sunday at least once. If you didn’t vote, you can still play and win, but if you only vote, you will not be eligible to claim the prize. If the goal has already been met, don’t worry. Just enter the contest and play at least once. We feel that this change is an important update to this fun weekend activity. Get involved, join the fun, and you could win a prize!
Kooky Scientist Theme Retired!
Our first rare theme, released way back in 2006, has been retired. Arte has run out of items from the Kooky Scientist rare theme and won’t be getting any more in. While this great theme will be missed, Arte put it in a positive light. “Customers keep asking me when I’ll be getting more of those new Palace Princess and Persian items in. Now I’ll have room to get them in more often.” Arte then added, “Yeah, I’m completely out of the items that so many have collected, but you never know what kooky old stuff I might find in the future.” Rare item collectors are encouraged to head over to the Trading Rooms in the Clubhouse to complete thier Kooky Scientist collections.
