When it’s time for you to leave Webkinz World, use the “Log Out” button and you’ll get to play three great carnival games!
In the first game, you’ll get to set meters and then test your strength to see how high you can make Wacky go! If he hits the top bell, you’ll get something very cool!
In the second game, you’ll be able to help the Zangoz take a few whacks at the piñata – will he be able to break it? Hopefully, because if he does, there’s something inside for you!
In the third game, throw three darts at some Wacky-looking balloons. What’s inside? Pop ‘em to find out!
So remember: if you want to play these terrific games, use the Log Out button in the Things to Do menu, or in the upper right area of your screen. You can play each game once a day and you never know what kind of great stuff you’ll win!

its not working. i want to play the games and i’ve logged out 10 times and still nothing.
i don’t believe this….two times now, yesterday and today webkinz has kicked me out while doing games, academy stuff etc…and then when i logged out i did not get to play the wacky carnival games….what gives?????

THIS DOES NOT WORK!!! They really need to fix this thing if so many people can’t do it. 2/3 Webkinz fans can’t do it.
I have tried on many computers and I updated it too!
I’ve logged out like ten times today but not once did I get to play the games!!!!!!
We know many Webkinz players are disappointed that they haven’t been able to participate in the new Wacky Log Out Carnival that was added to Webkinz World yesterday. We have been working with our members to try to figure out why some accounts are affected and others are not. Some players managed to get the Carnival to show up by clearing their caches, but many still cannot play.
Last night, catsrfun2 discovered that the accounts she had that couldn’t reach the Carnival were the same accounts on which she had blocked third party advertisements. She posted this solution that seems to be working for our members:
For all those of you not getting the carnival to pop up when you log out,
I figured out that you need to UNblock ads from sites other than Ganz. To do this:
1. click the blue dog silhouette with the yellow + on it next to your pet in the bottom left corner.
2. Click the tap “My Options”
3. Unselect the checkmarked box
4. You’re done! Now try logging out.
OPTIONAL
If you have forgotten your security question and you had one set……
5. Go to this link: Webkinz
6. Fill out the form to reset your password (it’s towards the bottom)
7. It may take a couple days for them to reset the password. So sit tight!
8. Once it is reset go back and do steps 1-4!
This worked great in one account, but I can’t remember the security question in the other one.
I tried to find the link where you can find the form to reset the password, but can’t find it.
What do you mean with “Go to this link: Webkinz”. You mean just the general webkinz.com site?
Can’t find any forms there.
